Good Thought

I've been having a pretty hectic summer so far, more on that later, but the long and the short of it is that I'm just now getting around to catching up with the blog-o-sphere.

New(er) to the blog-o-sphere is my friend and boss, Glen Brechner, who wrote a great post last month on the issue of ideas vs. execution. When something fails is it because it was a bad idea? Not necessarily. As Glen argues, an average idea well executed is better than a great idea poorly executed. So what does that mean for your ministry?
